Regarding NEWS LETTER

First topic message reminder :

Hello people..There was this idea of a newsletter by 2nd years.It was proposed by them on the meeting(11 Jan).We all thought it was a great idea,it had something which appealed to everyone.
So lets go ahead.We will talk to the Principal once we have a basic draft.So,all the guys and girls who are interested(even i'm one)..lets meet up one day to discuss these things:(these are what i thought!u can always add)
*layout of the newsletter(how many pages,etc.)
*frequency
*what will it actually contain(this one needs lot of discussion)
*how many teams will it constitue (eg:editorial,columns,articles frm students,campus news etc.)
and much more..
There is something i'd like to clarify:The newsletter is a part of the Literary club,as there was a misconception that it belonged to Fine-Arts.
Regarding the date of meeting:3rd years have exams on 20th and 22nd,so they will be busy this week..2nd years have from 28th,so they will be busy the next week.So the best thing would be to discuss here in the forum,various things regarding it and we could elaborate when we meet up(which will be asap)
