do extracurricular actvities play a major role during placem

i mean certificates regarding music ,dance,playing instruments..etc are necessary during placements...if not..? what type of things play major role during placements..? please do mention me....

music, instruments play a small role during placements.
the main role that comes into action is what projects have you done and what was 'UR' role in it.
if u have organised events, then wat was ur role in that, wat have u organised, how much did u contribute to it, and how well did u plan for it.
these are the main things tat u have to keep in mind before u go to HR.

in technical none of these have importance.
above mentioned are especially when u attend a HR.

hmmm Achievements mostly...if a successful event :p

and abut elaborating it...do dat if u played a main role if u did lot of jobs in dat evnt...
