1)Go to the 'Start|Run' andthen type 'regedit'.
2)Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop.
3)On the right side of the screen, search for 'menushowdelay' and check its value data. The data is usually 400 by default.
4)Duble-click on it and the 'Edit String' box should reveal itself.
5)Under 'Valu data' change from '400' to anywhere between 25 to 75. Just click 'OK'.
